Kevin, I received the BAT VK-33SE yesterday and took it home and put it in my system last night. The preamp was beautifully packaged and appeared to be brand new. I was unaware a remote would come with it, and I thank you for including it. Do I owe you money for the remote? Please advise. A funny thing . . . After I very carefully hooked up the preamp and set it to work, I instantly noticed the sound which should have been coming out of the left speaker was coming out of the right and vice-versa. Hey Kevin It has been about three years since my purchase of a PrimaLuna Dialogue integrated amp, Dynavector XX-2 and Dynavector SUP-200 from you. Although I don't listen to my system as much as I would like, every time I do get the chance I am thoroughly delighted.
