Ken-Rad 6SN7GT/VT231 - These were bought from the Royal Air Force in England, and very sought after. Great tube that is very open. This tube is better suited in a driver stage of an amp, however we do get some preamp grade on occasion.

Gold grade - Grade not available for this tube.

Platinum grade - Grade not available for this tube.

Driver grade - Lowest noise but not the lowest in microphony. Triode balance will be similar to Gold grade.
This grade is only suitable for use in the driver stage of an amplifier, or the output/buffer stage of a DAC or CD Player.
If you have a preamp or phonostage, you need at least Gold grade.
